The Police Department wishes to advise all parents to ensure their children’s bicycle are secured at night. We have had over 23 bicycles reported stolen last year and we are sure there are many more that go unreported to us. Parents should photograph and register all bicycles with our department to assist us in investigating these thefts. We have currently recovered a Next bike that was not reported as stolen, but recovered on January 25th. Anyone missing a Next brand bike please notify the police departments owe may attempt to return this bicycle to it’s owner.
