On October 8th, 2022 at 9:10 am witnesses reported a male subject unlawfully entering vehicles in the 500 block of E, 2nd South Street.  Upon arrival officers observed a w/m male known to the Police riding a bike with items in his hands. Once contact was made, the subject dropped all items and fled on his bicycle.  Subject was later located and arrested in the 100 block of East Cherry Street.   Additinal charges are pending.
